Product Return Policy Regulations

 
  1. Exchanges / returns can be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase, together with the invoice / credit voucher, provided that the product is in its original packaging (intact) and has not been used.
  2. It is not permitted to return / exchange a product that has been assembled, or is without its packaging.
  3. Refund of money will be provided within 14 days of the date of purchase for any item costing over NIS 50, upon presentation of the invoice and in the original packaging.
  4. There are no returns / exchanges of flowers, candles and Festival gift items such as : Menorah / Passover plate / Matza plate and so on.
  5. Cancellation of a transaction – a cancellation fee will be legally deducted from the transaction - 5% on payment made in cash / check, or 7% on credit card payment.
  6. A customer who paid in cash or by check will receive a refund in the form of a check sent to the Harmonya le Bait  branch (after deduction of the cancellation fee), not later than 7 business days.
  7. Credit Voucher – this is like cash in every legal sense. A customer who has lost the credit voucher, loses  his entitlement. The reason for this is that we cannot restore credit or prevent the use of it by whoever has it.
  8. In the event of an incorrect discount sticker, the determining price is the price at the checkout counter.
  9. It is not possible to cancel / return the Customer Club membership fee.
  10. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the integrity of the product prior to leaving the checkout counter; we cannot accept complaints relating to defects / breakages after the product has been taken out of the store.
